Quinlan, Texas – December 3, 2012
Kenneth Riggins, 52, an officer with the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, was killed Monday night in an accident on Chapel Road. The accident occurred at 8:30 p.m. when Mr. Riggins was a passenger in a pickup truck driven by his 15-year-old daughter.
The truck left the roadway and struck a tree, killing Mr. Riggins at the scene. The driver of the pickup suffered only minor injuries in the accident.
