Police three people died after a vehicle crash on Homestead Manor Drive in Wildwood Thursday night.

According to deputies with the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Department, an unidentified driver was traveling on Homestead Manor Drive in a convertible when the driver left the roadway for unknown reasons and hit the deck of a house before rolling into trees.

Rescue personnel arrived on scene to find two people had died from their injuries. The third person died on their way to the hospital.

The accident remains under investigation. No names have been released at this time.

According to the Missouri Department of Transportation in 2011, a total of 786 persons died in Missouri traffic crashes.

UPDATE: The three people who died in this crash have been identified as 18-year-old Lauren Oliver, 17-year-old Kathleen Oliver and  18-year-old Christopher Lenzen.
