A car struck a woman from Marshfield Tuesday morning leaving the woman injured.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Jamie C. Hartman, 25, of Marshfield was walking on Ridge Road. About 7:50 a.m. she was hit by a 1984 Chevrolet Caprice driven by 25-year-old Jake R. Brungard of Marshfield. The exact location of this accident has not been released.
Mr. Brungard was not harmed in the crash. Ms. Hartman was taken to Cox South Hospital for medical attention. Her injuries were moderate in nature.
