A mirror fell off of the back of a truck on Missouri Route 112 and hit another vehicle. One woman was injured.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports, Kelly Lakey, 62, of Cassville was hauling furniture in the back of a westbound 2010 Chevrolet pickup truck on Missouri Route 112. South of Cassville a mirror fell out of the truck and hit an eastbound 2004 Ford Ranger driven by Billy G. Metcalfe of Council Grove, Kansas, about 3:10 p.m.
Mary L. Metcalfe, 67, of Council Grove, Kansas, was in the vehicle with Mr. Metcalfe. The mirror caused minor injuries to Ms. Metcalfe who was taken by a private vehicle to St. John’s Hospital in Cassville.
The exact location of this accident has not been released.
