Owosso, Michigan – July 20, 2010
Michigan State Police (MSP) continue to investigate a two-vehicle accident between a passenger vehicle and a semi-truck that left 58-year-old Craig Henry dead.
Troopers were dispatched at approximate 4 p.m. on Tuesday to the scene of the accident at M-13 close to Riley Road. Once they arrived on location, it was learned that Mr. Henry had been traveling south on M-13 when his vehicle crossed the center line and collided with a semi that was traveling north.
Mr. Henry was pronounced dead at the scene due to unspecified traumatic injuries.
The driver of the semi truck did not report any injuries and was not transported to a hospital.
MSP are unsure if alcohol may have played a role in Mr. Henry’s death, and continue to wait on toxicology reports.
