Two men were injured after a pickup truck and two motorcycles collided on Highway 82 Sunday.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol,  93-year-old Lester Elsasser was driving west in a Ford pickup on Highway 82 when he attempted to turn around at Sunflower Road and failed to see a 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by 27-year-old Carl Hendricks. The impact of the crash caused Mr. Hendrick’s motorcycle to run into a 2010 Honda motorcycle driven by 39-year-old Tory Peoples.

Mr. Hendricks and Mr. Peoples both sustained injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals. They were both wearing safety gear at the time of the crash.  MR. Elsasser was not injured in the crash.
