Indianapolis, Indiana – January 18, 2012

An unidentified teenager is in critical condition after being struck while riding his bicycle on Lynhurst Avenue at 7:30 p.m. The teenager was hit near the intersection with Seerly Creek Road, where the impact threw him into the northbound lanes of traffic.

Once in the northbound lanes, the victim was struck by a second vehicle, which left the scene according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. The IMPD gave a description of a white Dodge Neon with a spoiler on the trunk as the second vehicle.
