This won’t alleviate the frustration you feel when caught in an inexplicable traffic jam, but it at least provides a bit of insight into how traffic can be flowing normally at one point, and then inching along slowly a moment later.

A story from WKYT in Fayette, Kentucky highlights the use of a new tool being used to stop drivers from running red lights. They’re called “tattle-tale” lights, and they may add a splash of blue to the colors you’re accustomed to seeing displayed on traffic signals.
