Three separate collisions on Interstate 10 left one person injured Tuesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a series of three collisions on Interstate 10 began about 7:45 a.m. near Bob Hope Drive Tuesday. At least four vehicles were damaged in the crashed, and one crash may have been caused by unsafe lane changing.
One person sustained minor injuries as a result of the collisions. No other injuries have been reported.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, speeding vehicles contribute to 93 fatal traffic accidents every day.
