Newhall, California — November 8, 2010
Police say a 30-year-old pedestrian suffered major head injuries Monday he was struck by a car while crossing a Newhall street in an apparent hit-and-run crash.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reports that Jose Trinidad was attempting to cross the street near the corner of 14th Street and Newhall Avenue in front of Hart High School around 5:20 a.m.
